摘要
为进一步研究骨科医用手术钻头钻削生物皮质骨材料工艺参数对钻削力和温度的影响,实现对钻削参数的优选。采用正交试验法进行钻削实验,分析钻削材料厚度、进给速度和主轴转速对钻削力与温度的影响,并比较刀具磨损和钻削材料厚度对钻削力的影响。建立钻削力和温度与钻削参数的整体和单独预测模型,并通过实验验证模型的准确性。以钻削材料厚度4 mm为例,以进给速度和主轴转速为优化变量,以最小化钻削时间与钻削力为目标构建多目标优化模型。使用线性加权求和法求解,分别得到五种不同加权系数组合下钻削生物皮质骨材料的优化工艺参数,并通过实验验证两目标权重系数为0.5时的最优解。
Reasonable drilling parameters are selected to investigate further the effects of process parameters on the drilling force and drilling temperature of orthopedic medical drills for drilling biocortical bone materials.The effects of drilling material thickness,feed rate,spindle speed on drilling force and drilling temperature are analyzed through orthogonal experiments.The magnitude of tool wear and drilling material thickness effects on drilling force are compared.Overall and individual prediction models of drilling parameters on drilling force and drilling temperature are established,and experiments verify the accuracy of the models.A multi-objective optimization model is established by taking the drilling material thickness of 4 mm as an example,with the feed rate and spindle speed as the optimization variables and the drilling time and drilling force minimization as the objectives.The optimized process parameters for drilling biocortical bone materials under five different combinations of weighting coefficients are obtained using the linear weighted summation method,and the optimal solutions are verified experimentally when the weighting coefficients of the two objectives are 0.5.
