摘要
目的:研究针对白癜风紫外线治疗患者的有效护理措施。方法:遵循随机原则,于2023年1月—2023年6月期间纳入180例患者为研究对象,随机数字表法均分为两组,观察组实施舒适化护理结合心理疏导,对照组行常规护理,对比护理效果。结果:观察组护理后GCQ评分、MCMQ评分及护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在紫外线治疗白癜风的患者中,相比于常规护理,舒适护理辅以心理支持具有更理想的护理效果,值得推广应用。
Objective:To study effective nursing measures for patients with vitiligo treated with ultraviolet radiation.Method:Following the principle of randomization,180 patients were included as the research subjects from January 2023 to June 2023.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The observation group received comfort nursing combined with psychological counseling,while the control group received routine nursing.The nursing effects were compared.Result:The GCQ score,MCMQ score,and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with vitiligo treated with ultraviolet radiation,comfort care combined with psychological support has a more ideal nursing effect compared to conventional care,and is worth promoting and applying.
