多模式智能机器人协同下的图书馆创新服务研究与实践——以北京城市图书馆为例 被引量:2

Research and Practice of Library Innovative Services Supported by Multi-Modal Intelligent Robots:A Case Study of Beijing Library

摘要 在“深入推进全民阅读,建设‘书香中国’”的理论指导下,公共图书馆承担着大阅读背景中最多的服务支撑职能,与当前人工智能等科技的高速发展相结合,机器人在图书馆服务领域中的应用也逐渐走向成熟。本文通过中外文献数据库、学术搜索引擎和引文追溯等途径搜集国内外图书馆机器人相关研究与应用文献,梳理图书馆机器人研究应用现状,分析定制化项目的可行性,并以北京城市图书馆为例,聚焦关键技术与创新思维点,论述针对馆内外环境实际情况,引入不同类型机器人精准辅助读者服务的创新思维、设计思路、市场调研以及应用实践。 Under the theoretical framework of“Promoting Nationwide Reading and Building a Scholarly China”,public libraries play a critical role in providing extensive reading services.With the rapid development of technologies such as artificial intelligence,the application of intelligent robots in library services has gradually matured.This paper systematically reviews the current research and practical applications of library robots by gathering domestic and international literature,sourced from academic databases,search engines,and citation networks.It examines the feasibility of customized projects and uses Beijing Library as a case study,highlighting key technologies and innovative ideas.The paper discusses how various types of robots are integrated to provide precise support for reader services,taking into account both internal and external library environments.Topics covered include innovative thinking,design strategies,market research,and practical applications.
