摘要
目的探讨多维度强化护理联合回馈式健康教育对老年股骨颈骨折患者术后的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2024年1月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第910医院收治的103例老年股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象,按照入院时间分为两组,对照组(n=51)收治时间为2022年1月至2023年1月,进行多维度强化护理,观察组(n=52)收治时间为2023年2月至2024年1月,进行多维度强化护理联合回馈式健康教育。比较两组患者的知信水平、康复效果、睡眠质量及护理满意度。结果观察组的睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的知信水平评分、护理总满意度、康复效果评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多维度强化护理和回馈式健康教育干预老年股骨颈骨折术后患者,能够提高康复效果,对睡眠质量及知信水平进行改善,从而提升患者的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the influence of multi-dimensional intensive nursing combined with feedback health education on elderly patients with femoral neck fractures after surgery.Methods A total of 103 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to the 910th Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force of the People's Liberation Army of China from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects and they were divided into two groups according to the admission time.The control group(n=51)was admitted from January 2022 to January 2023 and received multi-dimensional intensive nursing.The observation group(n=52)was admitted from February 2023 to January 2024 and received multi-dimensional intensive nursing combined with feedback health education.The knowledge and information levels,rehabilitation effects,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The sleep quality score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of knowledge and belief level,total nursing satisfaction and rehabilitation effect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-dimensional intensive nursing and feedback health education intervention for postoperative patients can improve the rehabilitation effect,enhance sleep quality and knowledge level,and thereby increase elderly femoral neck fracture patients'satisfaction with nursing.
