摘要
目的基于网络药理学探索祛湿通络降浊方治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果。方法将90例急性痛风性关节炎患者根据随机数表法分为对照组(45例)和观察组(45例)。对照组采用双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,观察组基于网络药理学采用祛湿通络降浊方治疗。比较两组的治疗效果,安全性,症状缓解时间,治疗前后的症状体征积分、血液指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.56%显著高于对照组的75.56%(P<0.05)。观察组的安全性显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的关节红肿消失时间(2.96±0.89)d、关节疼痛缓解时间(2.73±0.79)d均显著短于对照组的(3.61±0.95)、(3.33±0.89)d(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,观察组关节疼痛、关节压痛、关节肿胀、关节活动度积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,观察组的C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、尿酸(UA)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于网络药理学探索祛湿通络降浊方治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效较好,安全性较高,可有效控制疾病状态及相关血液指标,在急性痛风性关节炎患者中的应用价值较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qushi Tongluo Jiangzhuo formula based on network pharmacology in the treatment of patients with acute gouty arthritis.Methods 90 patients with acute gouty arthritis were divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(45 cases)by the random number table.The control group was treated with diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets,and the observation group was treated with Qushi Tongluo Jiangzhuo formula based on network pharmacology.The therapeutic effect,safety,symptom relief time,symptom and sign score and blood parameters before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 95.56%in the observation group was significantly higher than 75.56%in the control group(P<0.05).The safety of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of joint redness and swelling and pain relief time were(2.96±0.89)and(2.73±0.79)d in the observation group,which were significantly shorter than(3.61±0.95)and(3.33±0.89)d in the control group(P<0.05).After 14 d of treatment,the scores of joint pain,joint tenderness,joint swelling and joint range of motion in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 14 d of treatment,the C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),uric acid(UA),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Qushi Tongluo Jiangzhuo formula based on network pharmacology in the treatment of patients with acute gouty arthritis is better,and its safety is higher;it can effectively control the disease state and related blood parameters of patients,so it has high application value in the patients with acute gouty arthritis.
