摘要
目的在老龄化时代探讨PDCA循环在老年专科医院医疗技术服务能力提升中的应用效果尤为重要。2017年至2022年间,运用PDCA循环管理方法,在江苏省老年病医院医疗技术服务能力提升中实践应用。应用PDCA循环管理后,医院外科三、四级手术量取得了历史性突破,医疗技术服务能力得到明显提升;新技术、新项目增加明显,专科特色技术不断涌现,多项技术获批省级项目资助;学科建设水平稳步提高,省、市级医学重点专科持续增加;医院影响力、辐射力逐年提高,外埠患者比例大大提升。提示运用PDCA循环管理工具对持续提升医疗技术服务能力具有积极作用,可继续推广至专科医院其他领域,提升医院的整体服务能力。
It is particularly important to explore the application effect of the PDCA cycle in improving the medical technical service capabilities of geriatric specialized hospitals in the era of aging.From 2017 to 2022,the PDCA cycle management method was practically applied in the improvement of medical technical service capabilities of Jiangsu Province Offical Hospital.After the application of PDCA cycle management,the surgical volume of grade three and four in the hospital's surgery department has achieved a historic breakthrough,and the medical technical service capacity has been significantly enhanced.The number of new technologies and new projects has increased significantly.Specialized characteristic technologies have been constantly emerging,and many technologies have been approved for provincial project funding.The level of discipline construction has steadily improved,and the number of provincial and municipal key medical specialties has continued to increase.The influence and radiation capacity of the hospital have been increasing year by year,and the proportion of patients from other places has significantly risen.It is suggested that the application of the PDCA cycle management tool has a positive effect on the continuous improvement of medical technical service capabilities and can be further promoted to other fields of specialized hospitals to enhance the overall service capabilities of the hospitals.
