摘要
目的探讨脉康宁治疗2型糖尿病肾病血瘀证患者的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至12月宁德市中医院收治的200例2型糖尿病肾病血瘀证患者作为研究对象,按照计算机随机数法分为对照组(100例)与试验组(100例),对照组采用常规基础治疗,试验组对照组方法基础上加用脉康宁治疗,比较两组的眼底损害改善情况、中医证候积分和不良反应发生率。结果经眼底光学相干断层扫描,试验组显效48例、有效43例,总有效率为91.00%,对照组显效32例、有效49例,总有效率为81.00%,试验组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后的头晕目眩、心胸窒闷、口渴喜饮、倦怠乏力、肢沉体胖评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的不良反应(包括低血糖、低血压、胃肠道不适)总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病肾病血瘀证患者采用脉康宁治疗具有良好效果,可促进其临床症状的改善,且安全性良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Maikangning in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy with blood stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 200 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy with blood stasis syndrome admitted to Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Ningde from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the computer random number method,they were divided into control group(100 cases)and experimental group(100 cases).The control group was treated with conventional basic treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Maikangning on the basis of the control group.The improvement of fundus damage,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results According to fundus optical coherence tomography,there were 48 obvious and 43 effective cases in the experimental group,with a total effective rate of 91.00%,and 32 obvious and 49 effective cases in the control group,with a total effective rate of 81.00%.The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of dizziness,cardioplegia,thirst,fatigue and body weight in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions(including hypoglycemia,hypotension and gastrointestinal discomfort)in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Maikangning has a good effect on the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy with blood stasis syndrome,which can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and has good safety.
