严寒地区高速公路路基拓宽沉降差异分析 被引量:1

Analysis on Settlement Difference of Highway Roadbed Widening in Severe Cold Regions

摘要 为了阐明高速公路改扩建工程中新旧路基拼接处差异沉降的影响因素,依托长春经济圈环线高速公路岫岩互通工程,采用离散元软件UDEC建立新旧路基连接计算模型,通过施加路面及路基自重荷载,模拟分析路基填充物料对路基沉降的影响,分析温度可能对沉降造成的影响,并据此提出施工过程中有效保证新旧路基稳定的措施。结果表明:填料物的性质、拼接处的处理及温度等均会造成衔接路基产生差异沉降。采用泡沫轻质土可有效降低差异沉降,部分换填新型填筑材料时,控制沉降效果最高可达12.5%。铺设土工格栅也可以控制不均匀沉降且铺设数量越多效果越好。当逐层全部铺设土工格栅时,控制沉降效果可达25%,并且可以减小拼接处的最大竖向应力。温度对沉降的控制效果体现在对填料性质的影响方面,最佳温度约为15℃,温度过高过低或过于起伏均不利于施工。研究结果可为路基拓宽及新旧路基衔接方面提供相关参考。 To clarify the influencing factors of differential settlement at the junction of the old and new roadbeds in expressway expansion projects,in the paper,taking the Xiuyan Interchange Project of the Changchun Economic Circle Ring Expressway as an example,the discrete element software UDEC is used to establish a computational model for the connection between old and new roadbeds.The influence of filling materials on roadbed settlement is simulated and analyzed by applying the pavement and roadbed gravity.The potential impact of temperature on settlement is analyzed,and construction measures are proposed to effectively ensure the stability of old and new roadbeds during construction accordingly.The results show that the properties of filling materials,treatment at the junction and temperature all affect the settlement difference at the junction of roadbeds.The use of foamed lightweight soil can effectively reduce differential settlement,partially replacing with new filling materials can achieve the largest control effect on settlement up to 12.5%.Laying geogrids can control uneven settlement,and the more geogrids are laid,the effect will be better.When geogrids are paved on each layer,the control effect on settlement can reach 25%,and the maximum vertical stress at the junction can be reduced.The effect of temperature on settlement is reflected on the properties of filling materials.The optimal temperature is around 15℃,excessively high or low temperatures or fluctuations are not conducive to construction.The findings in this study can provide relevant reference for roadbeds widening and the connection of old and new roadbeds.
