摘要
随着我国制造业的快速发展和产业升级,机械制造行业对高技能人才的需求日益迫切。在此背景下,“岗课赛证”融通成为职业教育改革的重要方向。以机械制造及自动化专业为例,深入探讨“岗课赛证”融通的理论基础、现状问题、实践路径以及保障机制,构建适应行业需求的高技能人才培养模式。
With the rapid development and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry,the demand for highly skilled talents in the mechanical manufacturing sector is becoming increasingly urgent.Against this backdrop,the integration of"occupational positions-curriculum-competitionscertification"has emerged as an important direction for the reform of vocational education.Taking the major of Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation as an example,this research explores the theoretical basis,current status and issues,practical pathways,and safeguard mechanisms of the integration of"occupational positions-curriculum-competitions-certification."The aim is to construct a high-skilled talent training model that meets the needs of the industry.
