摘要 聚焦不锈钢电池弹片级进模设计与制造,对不锈钢电池弹片材料特性、冲压工艺的分析、模具结构设计,实现了模具的高效生产与产品质量提升。实践表明,级进模设计技术在不锈钢电池弹片生产中不仅能提高生产效率、降低成本,还能确保产品的高精度和稳定性,对推动该领域的技术发展提供了理论依据和实践指导,具有重要参考价值。 Focusing on the design and manufacturing of progressive dies for stainless steel battery shrapnel,analyzing the material characteristics and stamping process of stainless steel battery shrapnel,and designing the die structure,we have achieved efficient production of dies and improved product quality.Practice has shown that progressive die design technology can not only improve production efficiency and reduce costs in the production of stainless steel battery pellets,but also ensure high precision and stability of the products.It provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for promoting technological development in this field and has important reference value.
