摘要
目的探究Roy适应模式护理对围绝经期妇女焦虑、抑郁情绪及其生活质量的影响。方法选取2022年1月~2023年6月于本院问诊的156例围绝经期妇女,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=78例,Roy适应模式护理)和对照组(n=78例,常规护理)。比较两组围绝经期妇女焦虑、抑郁情绪,神经递质水平,生活质量及症状自评量表(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)得分。结果护理后,观察组围绝经期患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)分数和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)分数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组血去甲肾上腺素(Norepinephrine,NE)、多巴胺(Dopamine,DA)和5-羟色胺(5-Hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理结束后,观察组围绝经期患者围绝经期生活质量(The MenopauseSpecific Quality of Life,MENQOL)评分和SCL-90总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Roy适应模式护理可有效缓解围绝经期妇女焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善神经递质水平,提升生活质量。
Objective To explore the influence of Roy adaptation model on anxiety,depression and quality of life in perimenopausal women.Methods 156 perimenopausal women who were inquired in the hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(n=78,Roy adaptation model nursing)and control group(n=78,routine nursing)according to the random number table method.The scores of anxiety and depression[Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)],neurotransmitters levels[norepinephrine(NE),dopamine(DA),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)],quality of life[Menopause-Specific Quality of Life(MENQOL)scale]and symptom checklist-90(SCL-90)were compared between both groups.Results After nursing,the HAMA score and HAMD score of perimenopausal patients in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of NE,DA and 5-HT after nursing in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After the end of nursing,the MENQOL score and total score of SCL-90 of perimenopausal patients in observation group were lower compared with those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Roy adaptation model can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of perimenopausal women,improve the levels of neurotransmitters,and enhance the quality of life.
