摘要
目的探究精神分裂症患者应用氨磺必利联合阿立哌唑治疗的效果及其对认知功能、短时记忆功能的影响。方法于2021年5月~2023年5月期间,择取在我院就诊的112例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,基于“随机数表法”分组。对照组56例给予氨磺必利治疗,实验组56例给予氨磺必利和阿立哌唑治疗。治疗8周后,对比两组患者临床疗效、精神障碍严重程度、认知功能、短时记忆功能、不良反应。结果实验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组一般精神病理症状、阴性症状、阳性症状分值均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组即刻记忆、视觉空间结构、语言、注意、延迟记忆分值均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组图片、再认、背数、联想分值均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论氨磺必利联合阿立哌唑能够有效减轻精神分裂症患者临床症状,改善认知功能及短时记忆功能,提高治疗效果,且安全性高。
Objective To explore the effect of using amisulpiride combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia patients and its impact on cognitive function and short-term memory function.Methods From May 2021 to May 2023,112 patients with schizophrenia who visited our hospital were selected as the study subjects.Based on the"random number table method"56 cases in the control group were treated with sulfamethoxazole,while 56 cases in the experimental group were treated with sulfamethoxazole and aripiprazole.After 8 weeks of treatment,the two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,severity of mental disorders,cognitive function,short-term memory function,and adverse effects.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of general psychopathological symptoms,negative symptoms,and positive symptoms in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of immediate memory,visual spatial structure,language,attention,and delayed memory in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group had higher scores in images,recognition,memorization,and association than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of amisulpiride and aripiprazole can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,improve cognitive function and short-term memory function,enhance treatment efficacy,and have high safety in patients with schizophrenia.
