摘要
目的探讨双侧太阳穴注射复方樟柳碱注射液配合针灸治疗眼外肌麻痹的疗效。方法68例眼外肌麻痹患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组患者予以双侧太阳穴注射复方樟柳碱注射液治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上进行针灸治疗。比较两组患者的临床症状改善情况及治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的复视、斜视、头晕、恶心、代偿头位评分均低于治疗前,且观察组患者复视评分(1.31±1.32)分、斜视评分(0.75±0.97)分、头晕评分(1.10±0.65)分、恶心评分(0.96±1.19)分、代偿头位评分(0.78±0.94)分均低于对照组的(2.29±1.70)、(1.57±1.38)、(1.93±0.76)、(1.59±1.27)、(1.35±1.26)分(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率(94.12%)高于对照组(73.53%)(P<0.05)。结论眼外肌麻痹患者采用双侧太阳穴注射复方樟柳碱注射液配合针灸治疗,能够有效改善患者的临床症状,达到理想的治疗效果。
Objective To explore the curative effect of compound anisodine hydrobromide injection on bilateral temple combined with acupuncture in the treatment of extraocular muscle paralysis.Methods A total of 68 patients with extraocular muscle paralysis were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound anisodine hydrobromide injection on bilateral temple,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The improvement of clinical symptoms and the therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of diplopia,strabismus,dizziness,nausea and compensatory head posture in both groups were lower than those before treatment;in the observation group,the scores of diplopia was(1.31±1.32)points,the scores of strabismus was(0.75±0.97)points,the scores of dizziness was(1.10±0.65)points,the scores of nausea was(0.96±1.19)points,and the scores of compensatory head posture was(0.78±0.94)points,which were lower than(2.29±1.70),(1.57±1.38),(1.93±0.76),(1.59±1.27),and(1.35±1.26)points in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(94.12%)was higher than that of the control group(73.53%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound anisodine hydrobromide injection on bilateral temple combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with extraocular muscle paralysis and achieve ideal therapeutic effect.
