摘要
目的分析外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)患者行克霉唑阴道片与氟康唑联合治疗的疗效及安全性。方法80例VVC患者,以随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组行氟康唑治疗,观察组行氟康唑+克霉唑阴道片治疗。比较两组疗效、VVC评分、临床症状消失时间、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为95.00%(38/40)、80.00%(32/40);观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组外阴瘙痒、白带异常、疼痛感、外阴与阴道黏膜红肿评分比较差异不大(P>0.05);治疗后3个月,两组外阴瘙痒、白带异常、疼痛感、外阴与阴道黏膜红肿评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组外阴瘙痒评分(0.34±0.10)分、白带异常评分(0.52±0.22)分、疼痛感评分(0.72±0.26)分、外阴与阴道黏膜红肿评分(0.34±0.22)分低于对照组的(0.88±0.15)、(1.02±0.11)、(1.13±0.32)、(0.73±0.28)分(P<0.05)。观察组排尿痛、白带异常、外阴瘙痒消失时间分别为(2.24±0.26)、(1.24±0.26)、(2.16±0.17)d,短于对照组的(3.28±0.31)、(2.17±0.12)、(2.83±0.25)d(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异不大(χ^(2)=0.721,P=0.396>0.05)。结论克霉唑阴道片与氟康唑联合应用于VVC中,可改善患者临床症状,且不增加不良反应,效果可靠。
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of clotrimazole vaginal tablets combined with fluconazole in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC).Methods A total of 80 VVC patients were divided into control group and observation group by random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fluconazole,and the observation group was treated with fluconazole+clotrimazole vaginal tablets.The efficacy,VVC score,duration of clinical symptoms and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 95.00%(38/40)and 80.00%(32/40),and the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of vulvar pruritus,abnormal leucorrhea,pain sensation,and redness and swelling of vulvar and vaginal mucosa between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 months after treatment,the scores of vulvar pruritus,abnormal leucorrhea,pain sensation,and redness and swelling of vulvar and vaginal mucosa in both groups were lower than those before treatment;in the observation group,the score of vulvar pruritus was(0.34±0.10)points,the score of abnormal leucorrhea was(0.52±0.22)points,the score of pain sensation was(0.72±0.26)points,and the score of redness and swelling of vulvar and vaginal mucosa was(0.34±0.22)points,which were lower than(0.88±0.15),(1.02±0.11),(1.13±0.32),and(0.73±0.28)points in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of urination pain,abnormal leucorrhea and vulva pruritus were(2.24±0.26),(1.24±0.26)and(2.16±0.17)d in the observation group,which were shorter than(3.28±0.31),(2.17±0.12)and(2.83±0.25)d in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.721,P=0.396>0.05).Conclusion Clotrimazole vaginal tablets combined with fluconazole in the treatment of VVC can improve the clinical symptoms of patients without increasing adverse reactions,and the effect is reliable.
