氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效评价

Clinical efficacy evaluation of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease

摘要目的探究氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病患者的临床疗效。方法74例高血压合并冠心病患者,随机数字表法分成对照组(37例)与观察组(37例)。对照组用药氨氯地平,观察组同时用药阿托伐他汀钙片。比较两组相关观察指标。结果治疗后,观察组总胆固醇(TC)(4.14±0.56)mmol/L、甘油三酯(TG)(1.41±0.28)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)(1.85±0.41)mmol/L、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)(1.34±0.43)mmol/L均优于对照组的(5.27±0.84)、(1.73±0.34)、(2.38±0.53)、(1.15±0.16)mmol/L(P<0.05)。观察组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)(29.24±6.07)pg/ml、C反应蛋白(CRP)(9.62±2.61)mg/L、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)(1.51±0.34)ng/ml显著低于对照组的(43.31±7.23)pg/ml、(14.43±3.39)mg/L、(3.15±0.71)ng/ml(P<0.05)。结论将氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片应用于高血压合并冠心病患者治疗中,有助于调整患者血脂水平,减轻炎症反应,对降低患者心血管疾病发病风险有重要意义。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease.Methods Using a random number table method,74 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were allocated to the control group(37 cases)and the observation group(37 cases).The control group was treated with amlodipine,while the observation group was also treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets simultaneously.The relevant observation indicators of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the observation group had total cholesterol(TC)of(4.14±0.56)mmol/L,triglycerides(TG)of(1.41±0.28)mmol/L,low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)of(1.85±0.41)mmol/L,and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)of(1.34±0.43)mmol/L,which were better than(5.27±0.84),(1.73±0.34),(2.38±0.53),and(1.15±0.16)mmol/L in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had interleukin-6(IL-6)of(29.24±6.07)pg/ml,C-reactive protein(CRP)of(9.62±2.61)mg/L,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)of(1.51±0.34)ng/ml,which were significantly lower than(43.31±7.23)pg/ml,(14.43±3.39)mg/L,and(3.15±0.71)ng/ml in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease is helpful to regulate the blood lipid level of patients,reduce inflammation,and has great significance in reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease.
