摘要
面对宏观环境冲击,数字技术的兴起为重构供应链生态提供了重要契机。本文以2010~2022年我国沪深A股上市公司为样本,考察了企业数字化转型对供应商关系变动的影响。研究发现,企业数字化转型会促进供应商关系变动。机制检验表明,数字化转型通过提高产品竞争力与降低交易成本促进了供应商关系变动。进一步检验表明,数字化转型促进供应商关系变动的作用在高竞争行业、高科技行业、高数字金融发展水平地区以及高市场化水平地区中更显著。本文研究从供应商关系变动的角度拓展了企业数字化转型的经济后果研究,深化了供应商关系变动影响因素的理论逻辑,对于完善企业供应链管理和发展数字经济具有一定的启示意义。
In the face of an increasingly complex and volatile macroeconomic environment,the rise of digital technologies has provided a pivotal opportunity for reconstructing supply chain ecosystems.This study utilizes a sample of companies listed on China's Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2010 to 2022 to investigate the impact of corporate digital transformation on changes of supplier relationships.The findings reveal that digital transformation facilitates changes of supplier relationships.Mechanism analysis indicates that digital transformation promotes such changes by enhancing product competitiveness and reducing transaction costs.Further testing indicate that the effect of digital transformation on supplier relationship changes is more pronounced in highly competitive industries,high-tech sectors,regions with advanced digital financial development,and areas with higher levels of marketization.This research extends the economic consequences of corporate digital transformation from the perspective of supplier relationship changes and deepens the theoretical logic of the factors influencing supplier relationship adjustments.It offers valuable insights for refining corporate supply chain management and fostering the development of the digital economy.
