摘要
本文基于2011~2022年A股上市公司数据,将国家知识产权示范城市政策视为一项准自然实验,运用多时点双重差分(DID)模型,实证检验了知识产权保护对企业新质生产力的影响。研究结果表明:(1)知识产权保护能够促进企业新质生产力水平的提升。(2)高管创新意识能够正向调节知识产权保护对企业新质生产力的影响。(3)作用机制检验发现,知识产权保护通过提高企业技术创新水平和增强市场竞争两条渠道来促进企业新质生产力提升。(4)异质性检验发现,知识产权保护对企业新质生产力的提升作用在东部地区企业、技术密集型企业中更显著。研究结论丰富了企业新质生产力影响因素的研究,为提高企业新质生产力提供了一定的经验证据。
Based on the data of A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2022,this article regards the national intellectual property demonstration city policy as a quasi-natural experiment,and uses a multi time difference in differences(DID)model to empirically test the impact of intellectual property protection on new quality productive forces of enterprises.The research results indicate that:(1)Intellectual property protection can promote the improvement of new quality productive forces level in enterprises.(2)Top management team(TMT)'s innovation cognition can positively regulate the impact of intellectual property protection on the new quality productive forces of enterprises.(3)The mechanism of action reveals that intellectual property protection promotes the improvement of new quality productive forces in enterprises through two channels:enhancing the level of technological innovation and strengthening market competition.(4)Heterogeneity testing finds that when a company is located in the eastern region of China and is a technology intensive enterprise,intellectual property protection has a more significant effect on improving the company's new quality productive forces.The research conclusion provides theoretical support for improving the level of new quality productive forces of enterprises and expands the research results in this field.
