摘要
聚焦新时代教育政策评价标准,不仅因为评价标准对评价结果的客观性、有效性或认同程度具有决定性影响,还与国内的研究现状密切相关。当今中国教育政策的评价标准建构应注重彰显科学性、中国意识以及新时代特征,其展开应以“维度”为基本线索、以“要点”为核心内容,在此基础上,从必要性、可行性、过程和文本的维度及其要点构建教育政策制定的评价标准,并从执行者、执行方式、执行成本、执行保障、执行效果和具有利害关系的主体满意度的维度及其要点构建教育政策执行的评价标准。
Focusing on the evaluation criteria of education policy in the new era,is not only for its decisive impact on the objectivity,effectiveness and recognition of the evaluation results,but also closely related to the current research situation.Nowadays,the construction of evaluation criteria of China's educational policies should highlight the scientific nature,Chinese consciousness and characteristics of the new era.Its contents should take"dimension"as the basic clues and"key points"as the core content.On this basis,we can construct evaluation criteria for the formulation and implementation of educational policies.
