摘要
目的:探讨客观结构化临床考核(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)用于灾害应急救护大赛海选的设计方法与效果。方法:借鉴OSCE模式,将大赛选拔过程设置为多站式考核,对参加2023年某医科大学灾害应急救护大赛的31个小组共155名医学生进行测评;整理分析海选成绩、考核评价及参赛体验。结果:在OSCE灾害应急救护能力评价方面,各组平均成绩为(934.32±34.41)分,呈正态分布;单项技能得分最高的是心肺复苏术(92.65±4.96)分,得分最低的操作为骨内输液(62.26±13.86)分。在考核实施评价方面,126名医学生(81.29%,126/155)对OSCE多站点设置及考核项目设置认可度为非常高;在参赛体验方面,124名医学生(80.00%,124/155)表示OSCE的海选考核形式具有激发学习灾害应急救护相关知识和技能的积极性与主动性等优势。结论:OSCE应用于灾害应急救护考核,能够比较客观、科学地评价医学生的灾害现场急救能力,为灾害应急救治体系教学培训及考核提供了一定的参考依据。
Objective To discuss the design and the objective of structured clinical examination(OSCE)in the preliminary round of a tactical combat casualty care competition.Methods Adopted the model of OSCE,the 2023 competition was designed as a multi-station assessment.A total of 155 students from 31 teams took part in the competition,and their scores,assessments,and participant experiences in the preliminary round of the competition were collected and analyzed.ResultsIn the assessment of disaster emergency care competition using OSCE,the average score across all teams was(934.32±34.41)points,exhibiting a normal distribution.The highest-scoring individual skill was cardiopulmonary resuscitation(92.65±4.96)points,while the lowest was intraosseous infusion(62.26±13.86)points.Regarding the evaluation of the assessment implementation,126 trainees(81.29%)expressed a very high level of recognition for the OSCE multi-station setup and the design of assessment items.In terms of participant experience,124 participants(80.00%)expressed that the introduction of OSCE into preliminary selection had the advantage of motivating active engagement in learning knowledge and skills related to disaster emergency care.ConclusionThe OSCE disaster emergency care assessment can objectively and scientifically evaluate participants’disaster first aid capabilities,providing a valuable reference for the systematical teaching,training,and assessment for disaster emergency care.
