摘要
习近平文化思想和国家文化数字化战略的提出,为新时代档案文化事业的发展提供了方向指引和生态空间。以“文化治理”为研究视角,以档案文化服务数字化转型作为研究主题,在分析中国语境下的“文化治理”与档案文化服务数字化转型的耦合性的基础上,从文化自觉的战略意识、文化认同的战略目标两方面指出了文化治理视域下档案文化服务数字化转型的行动方向。并据此提出文化治理视域下的档案文化服务数字化转型既要把握治理导向,践行数字时代档案文化服务的使命担当,也要坚持技术赋能,扩展档案文化数字化服务深度和广度,以此推动新时代数字档案文化服务的高质量发展。
The proposal of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture and the national cultural digitization strategy provides direction and ecological space for the development of archival culture in the new era.Taking"cultural governance"as the research perspective and digital transformation of archival cultural services as the research theme.Based on the analysis of the coupling between"cultural governance"and the digital transformation of archival cultural services in the Chinese context,this paper points out the action direction of digital transformation of archival cultural services from the perspective of cultural governance,from two aspects:strategic awareness of cultural consciousness and strategic goals of cultural identity.Based on this,it is proposed that the digital transformation of archival cultural services from the perspective of cultural governance should not only grasp the governance orientation and fulfill the mission of archival cultural services in the digital age,but also adhere to technological empowerment,expand the depth and breadth of archival cultural digital services,and promote the high-quality development of archival cultural services in the new era.
