摘要
农业生产性服务作为一种新型农业生产要素,是农户家庭实现资源优化配置以改善福利的有效途径。文章基于CFPS2020农户样本,考察农业生产性服务对农户福利的影响效应。研究发现:农业生产性服务显著促进了农户福利提升,且其福利效应主要来自于租赁机器服务而非雇工服务。从农业生产性服务对农户福利各维度的影响来看,农业生产性服务对农户的经济状况、社会资本、身体状况具有改善作用。机制检验表明提高农业生产率、促进劳动力流动是农业生产性服务影响农户福利水平的主要途径,而在改变闲暇时间方面存在服务种类异质性,租赁机器服务的闲暇时间配置效应远大于雇工服务。异质性分析结果表明,农业生产性服务对农户福利水平的影响效应在年龄较大、农业劳动力总数较少、陌生人信任度较低、中西部地区的家庭群体中更为显著。
Agricultural productive services,as a new type of agricultural production factor,are an effective way for farm households to achieve optimal allocation of resources to improve their welfare.Based on the sample of farm households in CFPS2020,the effect of agricultural productive services on the welfare of farm households is examined.It is found that agricultural productive services significantly contribute to the welfare improvement of farm households,and its welfare effect mainly comes from agricultural machinery rental services rather than hired labor services.In terms of the dimensions of farmers’welfare,agricultural productive services have an effect on improving farmers’economic status,social capital,and physical well-being.The mechanism test shows that agricultural productivity improvement and optimal allocation of household labor are the main ways in which agricultural productive services affect the welfare level of farm households,while there is heterogeneity in the types of services in terms of changing leisure time,and the leisure time allocation effect of agricultural machinery rental services is much larger than that of hired labor services.The results of the heterogeneity analysis indicate that the effect of agricultural productive services on the welfare of farm households is more pronounced among household groups with older age,fewer agricultural laborers,lower trust in strangers,and those located in the central and western regions.
