微信成瘾与社交网站疲劳:医学生学习投入受影响的中介效应

Study on the mediating effect of WeChat addiction and social media fatigue on medical students'academic engagement

摘要 目的:探究医学生微信成瘾的现状,并深入剖析社交网站疲劳在微信成瘾对医学生学习投入影响中所扮演的中介角色。方法:本研究采用微信成瘾量表(WIA)、社交网站疲劳量表(SFG)及学习投入量表(UWES-S),对某医学院的570名医学生进行了全面调查。随后,运用结构方程模型对收集到的数据进行分析,以揭示社交网站疲劳在微信成瘾与医学生学习投入之间的中介效应。结果:微信成瘾对医学生的学习投入具有显著的负向预测作用(β=-0.327,P<0.01)。同时,社交网站疲劳在医学生微信成瘾与学习投入的关系中起到了部分中介作用,其中介效应值为-0.087(95%CI:-0.126~-0.046),占总效应的21.01%。结论:医学生对微信的过度依赖和成瘾性使用容易引发社交网站疲劳,进而对其学习投入产生负面影响。因此,医学教育工作者应密切关注这一现象,并及时采取有针对性的干预措施,以促进医学生的健康发展和学业进步。 Objective:To understand the current situation of college students'WeChat addiction,and analyze the intermediary role of social networking fatigue in the influence of WeChat addiction on college students'learning engagement.Methods:570 college students in a college college were investigated with WeChat Addiction Scale(WIA),Social Network Fatigue Scale(SFG)and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-Student(UWES-S).Structural equation model was used to analyze the mediating role of social network fatigue in the influence of WeChat addiction on college students'learning engagement.Results:WeChat addiction could negatively predict college students'learning engagement(β=-0.327,P<0.01);Social network fatigue played a part of mediating role in the relationship between college students'WeChat addiction and learning engagement.The mediating effect value was-0.087(95%CI:-0.126~-0.046),and the mediating effect accounted for 21.01%of the total effect.Conclusion:The addictive use of WeChat was likely to cause fatigue of social networking sites,which will affected the learning engagement of college students.Schools should pay attention to it and take targeted interventions in a timely manner.
