摘要
文章针对某风机和舱室出现异常振动的情况,结合故障排除过程,采用振动时域波形和频谱分析方法,准确找到了异常振动原因并给出了维修建议,同时通过指导厂家采取准确的维护保养措施排除了该故障隐患。
This paper addressed the issue of abnormal vibration in a particular fan and its nacelle.Through the application of vibration analysis techniques,including time-domain waveform analysis and frequency spectrum analysis,it identified the root cause of the vibrations and provided targeted maintenance advice.Furthermore,by advising the manufacturer to implement precise maintenance procedures,the paper contributed to eliminating the underlying fault hazard.
