摘要
目的 探讨中晚期胃癌患者采用胃动脉化疗栓塞术治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2022年6月至2023年10月山东大学第三人民医院收治的中晚期胃癌患者80例,随机分为观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。对照组采用SOX方案治疗,观察组采用胃动脉化疗栓塞术治疗,比较两组患者近期疗效、生存周期、肿瘤标志物、不良反应。结果 观察组客观有效率(ORR)60.00%较对照组的35.00%更高(P<0.05);观察组中位生存期、中位无进展生存期较对照组更长(P<0.05),12个月生存率更高(P<0.05);两组治疗后甲胎蛋白(AFP)、糖链抗原724(CA-724)、癌胚抗原(CEA)水平降低(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05);统计不良反应发生率,观察组27.50%较对照组52.50%更低(P<0.05)。结论 中晚期胃癌患者采用胃动脉化疗栓塞术治疗能够提高近期疗效,延长生存周期,改善肿瘤标志物水平,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of gastric artery chemotherapy combined with embolization in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods Eighty patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to Jinan Third People's Hospital from June 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group was treated with SOX regimen,and the observation group was treated with gastric arterial chemoembolization.The short-term efficacy,survival cycle,tumor markers and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The objective effective rate(ORR)of observation group was 60.00%higher than that of control group(35.00%)(P<0.05).The median survival time and the median progression-free survival time in the observation group were longer than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the 12-month survival rate was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),glycochain antigen 724(CA-724)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the levels in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group at 27.50%than in the control group at 52.50%(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of gastric artery chemotherapy and vascular embolization can improve short-term efficacy,prolong survival,improve tumor marker levels,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with advanced gastric cancer.
