摘要
目的 运用系统方法对夏枯草片治疗相关疾病进行多维度价值评价,助力优化国家药物政策体系,提升中成药科学使用。方法 围绕对夏枯草片的安全性、有效性、经济性、适宜性、可及性、创新性、中医药特色技术“6+1”个维度开展科学规范的定性定量相结合的数据整合分析与综合研判。结果 安全性方面,国家不良反应监测数据汇总与文献记载均无严重不良反应报道且不良反应发生率较低,安全性较好。有效性方面,在改善甲状腺疾病、乳腺疾病与子宫肌瘤方面效果显著。经济性方面夏枯草片具有一定经济性优势。创新性方面,临床创新性、制药工艺创新性与产业创新性均有体现。适应性方面,临床上可满足医师与患者的用药需求,适宜性较好。可及性方面,夏枯草片市场覆盖面广,可通过医保进行报销购买,具有良好的持续供应能力。中医药特色技术方面,夏枯草片组方有深厚的中医药理论根基,遵循传统中医理念,中医药特色显著。结论 夏枯草片在治疗甲状腺疾病、乳腺疾病与子宫肌瘤方面有着良好的临床价值。
Objective To conduct a multi-dimensional value assessment of Xiakucao Tablets in the treatment of related diseases using a systematic approach,to assist in optimizing the national drug policy system and improving the scientific use of traditional Chinese medicine preparations.Methods Centering on the"6+1"dimensions of safety,effectiveness,economy,suitability,accessibility,innovation and traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology,a scientific and standardized qualitative and quantitative data integration analysis and comprehensive research and judgment were carried out.Results In terms of safety,there were no serious adverse reaction reports in the national adverse reaction monitoring data summary or literature records,and the incidence of adverse reactions was low,indicating good safety.In terms of efficacy,it showed good effects in improving thyroid diseases,breast diseases,and uterine fibroids.In terms of economy,Xiakucao Tablets have certain economic advantages.In terms of innovation,it demonstrated clinical innovation,pharmaceutical process innovation,and industrial innovation.In terms of suitability,it can meet the medication needs of doctors and patients in clinical practice,showing good suitability.In terms of accessibility,Xiakucao Tablets have a wide market coverage and can be purchased through medical insurance,with good continuous supply capacity.In terms of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology,the formula of Xiakucao Tablets has a deep theoretical foundation in traditional Chinese medicine and follows traditional Chinese medical concepts,showing significant traditional Chinese medicine characteristics.Conclusion The evaluation results of each dimension indicate that Xiakucao Tablets have good clinical value in the treatment of thyroid diseases,breast diseases,and uterine fibroids.
