摘要
目的分析孕产妇围生期抑郁症的临床护理研究热点与前沿,了解其在临床中的研究现状与发展趋势。方法运用CiteSpace和R语言(Bibliometrix包)对CNKI数据库和Web of Science核心合集检索,运用统计计量、知识图谱及热点突现等方法对文献进行发文量和关键词等分析。结果共纳入4433篇文献,发文量呈现上升趋势;心理社会支持和行为干预是较早应用于产后护理的非药物干预,同时针对围生期抑郁症综合管理与个体化治疗策略逐渐成为研究与临床应用的热点趋势,国内研究主要集中在药物治疗和传统护理的临床实践。结论掌握孕妇围生期抑郁症的形成因素,提供个性化护理方案,并结合非药物治疗与药物治疗,有助于提升产妇产后生活质量并降低围生期抑郁症的发生概率。
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing research hotspots and frontiers of perinatal depression in pregnant and postpartum women,and to explore the current research status and development trends in clinical practice.Methods Literature retrieval was conducted using CiteSpace and R(Bibliometrix package)from CNKI database and Web of Science Core Collection.Statistical metrics,knowledge mapping,and emerging hotspot analysis methods were used to analyze publication volume and keywords.Results A total of 4433 articles were included,showing an upward trend in publication volume.Psychosocial support and behavioral interventions were among the first non-pharmacological interventions applied to postpartum care.Additionally,integrated management and individualized treatment strategies for postpartum depression have gradually become research and clinical application hotspots.Domestic research is mainly focused on pharmacological treatments and traditional nursing clinical practices.Conclusion Understanding the factors contributing to postpartum depression in women and providing personalized nursing plans,along with a combination of non-pharmacological and pharmacological treatments,can help improve postpartum quality of life and reduce the incidence of postpartum depression.
