摘要
楠属植物(Phoebe Nees)隶属于樟科(Lauraceae)鳄梨族(Tribe Perseeae),广泛分布于热带和亚热带地区。该属多为高大乔木,其木材具有坚实、细致的特性,被广泛应用于建筑、家具及工艺品等领域,尤以“金丝楠木”类群为代表,具有重要的经济文化价值。近年来,随着现代分子生物学技术的快速发展,楠属植物的组学研究取得了显著成就。文中综述楠属植物在基因组学、转录组学和代谢组学方面的研究进展,重点讨论测序技术及功能基因研究在揭示楠属植物遗传多样性、适应性进化机制以及优质资源挖掘中的关键作用,同时提出未来的研究方向,以期为楠属植物保护与可持续利用提供更加深入的科学依据。
Phoebe Nees,belonging to Lauraceae family and Perseeae tribe,is predominantly found in tropical and subtropical regions.This genus primarily consists of tall trees,known for their dense and finely textured wood,which are highly valued in the construction,furniture,and artisanal sectors.The“golden-thread nanmu”group,in particular,holds substantial economic and cultural importance.With the rapid development of modern molecular biology technologies,significant advances have been achieved in the omics research on Phoebe.This paper reviews the research progress in Phoebe genomics,transcriptomics,and metabolomics,emphasizing the contributions of sequencing technologies and functional genomics in uncovering genetic diversity,adaptive evolution mechanisms and the exploration of valuable resources.Furthermore,future research directions are proposed to provide a more in-depth scientific foundation for the conservation and sustainable utilization of Phoebe.
