摘要新质生产力蕴含丰富的生态内涵,生态产品是新质生产力发展的生态方向,兼具“新”与“质”2个特征。以生态产品价值实现的实践为基础,文中通过对生态产品的概念梳理、比较和辨析,结合新质生产力背景,从稀缺性、人类劳动性和双重收益性进一步总结生态产品的深刻内涵;根据生态产品价值实现实践的区域特征,归纳出生态资源本底型、生态环境吸引型及生态空间平衡型3种区域模式,比较不同模式的特点与适应性,以深化生态产品价值实现的区域意识,发挥区域生态比较优势;最后,提出生态产品价值实现的发展方向,以期为全国各地在新质生产力背景下推进生态产品的开发、运营和价值实现提供新的思路以及为国家生态文明建设和新质生产力培育和发展提供理论借鉴。 The concept of new productive forces contains rich ecological implications.Ecological products represent the ecological development direction of new productive forces,incorporating both“new”and“quality”.Based on the practices in ecological product value realization,this paper clarifies,compares,and examines the concept of ecological product,and summarizes the profound essence of ecological products from the perspectives of scarcity,human labor and dual-benefit nature based on new productive forces.In consideration of regional features of ecological product value realization,three regional models are concluded,including the ecological resource base model,the ecological environmental attraction model,and the ecological space balance model.The characteristics and adaptability of each model are compared with the expectation to deepen regional consciousness of ecological product value realization,and highlights the comparative regional ecological advantages.In the end,the paper proposes development directions for ecological product value realization,aiming to offer new ideas for promoting the development,operation,and value realization of ecological products nationwide under the context of new productive forces,and to contribute theoretical references to ecological civilization development and new productive forces cultivation.
