市政污泥脱水-热干化一体化技术参数优化

Optimization of municipal sludge drying parameters based on response surface methodology

摘要 目的:针对机械脱水存在脱水极限,无法进一步降低污泥含水率的难题,本研究建立脱水-热干化一体化技术,以实现污泥含水率的进一步降低。方法:采用单因素实验,研究污泥初始含水率、污泥位置和干化时间对污泥干化含水率的影响,并通过响应面法对影响污泥干化含水率的条件进行优化,得出最佳干化参数。结果:机械脱水和热干化有机结合可以有效地降低能耗,并建立干化含水率数学模型。该模型的R^(2)(R^(2)adj=0.9743)表明其对实验数据具有良好的拟合度。当污泥干化含水率目标设置为30%时,通过模型优化得出干化含水率的最优参数是污泥初始含水率50%,干化时间42.8 min,此时泥饼最外层含水率降低更快。结论:脱水与干化的有机结合显著降低能耗和提高干化效率,为污泥干化技术的发展提供了理论指导和实践依据。 Aims:Regarding dewatering limit of the mechanical dewatering,the dewatering-drying technology is established to further reduce the water content of sludge.Methods:The effects of initial sludge moisture content,sludge position and drying time on sludge drying moisture content were investigated using one-way experiments.Meanwhile,the conditions affecting the moisture content of sludge drying were optimized by response surface methodology to derive the optimal drying parameters.Results:The organic combination of mechanical dewatering and thermal drying could effectively reduce energy consumption;and the mathematical model of drying moisture content was established.R^(2)(R^(2)adj=0.9743)showed that the mathematical model fitted the individual data effectively.When the target of sludge drying moisture content was set to 30%,the optimal parameters of drying moisture content were derived as:50%initial sludge moisture content,42.8 min drying time,and faster reduction of moisture content in the outermost layer of the sludge cake.Conclusions:The organic combination of dewatering and drying can significantly reduce energy consumption,improve drying efficiency,and provide guidance for sludge drying technology.
