以患者症状为导向的融合门诊多学科诊疗模式探索 被引量:4

摘要 创新门诊服务模式是改善患者就医体验的重要途径。仁济医院响应改善就医感受提升患者体验政策,在分析我国现行门诊多学科诊疗模式基础上,探索并实践了以患者症状为导向的融合门诊多学科诊疗模式。聚焦某一疾病症状,融合学科资源、诊室资源、诊疗流程,向所有患者开放预约号源,在同一诊室为患者提供连续性诊疗服务,缩短了患者就诊时间,提高了医疗资源利用效率,可作为传统门诊和现有门诊多学科诊疗模式的补充。 Innovating outpatient service models is a crucial approach to improving patients'healthcare experience.In response to policies aimed at enhancing patient experience and satisfaction,Renji Hospital has explored and implemented a patient symptom-oriented integrated outpatient multi-disciplinary treatment model,based on an analysis of the current multi-disciplinary outpatient treatment models in China.Focusing on a specific disease symptom,this model integrates disciplinary resources,consultation room resources,and diagnostic and treatment processes,opening appointment slots to all patients.It provides patients with continuous diagnostic and treatment services in the same consultation room,reducing patient waiting times and improving the efficiency of medical resources utilization.This model can serve as a supplement to traditional outpatient services and existing multi-disciplinary outpatient treatment models.
