数字反哺视角下老年群体数字化素养提升路径——基于合肥市F社区的实地研究 被引量:1

摘要 数字化技能匮乏的社区老人作为数字社会的边缘群体,亟待青年人的数字反哺,提升其数字化素养,进而使之能够共享数字驱动的公共社会服务。对合肥市F智慧社区建设实践的调研表明,老年群体在数字接入沟、使用沟和知识沟三个层面存在数字鸿沟。依托数字反哺视角,从家庭场域出发,针对老年人数字鸿沟的类型阐释家庭代际中数字反哺的可行性。面向三重数字鸿沟,提出数字接入反哺、技能使用反哺和数字文化反哺三维策略,实现适老化数字信息反哺,有效提升老年群体数字化素养,提高智慧社区建设效率。 Community elders,who lack digital skills and occupy a marginal position in the digital society,urgently need"digital feedback"from the younger generation within the household to enhance their digital literacy,thereby enabling them to benefit from digital-driven public social services.Based on the development practices of the F Smart Community in Hefei,it is found that the elderly group face a digital divide on three levels:access,useage,and knowledge.Relying on the perspective of digital feedback,starting from the family domain,the feasibility of digital feedback within the intergenerational family is explained for the types of digital divide among the elderly.In response to the triple-layered digital divide,a three-dimensional strategy of digital access feedback,skill usage feedback,and digital culture feedback has been designed to achieve age-appropriate digital information feedback,effectively enhancing the digital literacy of the elderly and improving the efficiency of smart community development.
