摘要
为建立快速检验红色印油的新方法,以区分不同种类的印泥、印油,采用自主搭建的激光解吸附离子化飞行时间质谱仪(LD I-TO F-MS),在不添加基质试剂的条件下对原子印油、光敏印油、回墨印油、印台印油、印泥5类20种印油色痕进行质谱分析。实验结果表明,印油印痕质谱特征峰信息丰富,可根据质谱图对印油的种类进行高效区分;此外可根据印痕特征峰强度随时间变化的规律为印文形成时间推断提供参考。该方法制样简单、分析速度快、检测灵敏度高,是实际工作中鉴别印油种类的有力工具。
To establish an effective method for rapid test and identification of different types of red stamp inks,a self-built laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometer(LDI-TOF-MS)was used to analyze 20 types of ink marks from five categories of stamp inks,including atomic ink,photosensitive ink,self-inking ink,stamp pad ink,and ink paste,without the addition of matrix reagents.The experimental results indicated that the mass spectral characteristic peaks of ink traces were highly informative,allowing for efficient differentiation of ink types based on the mass spectra.Additionally,the changes in the intensity of characteristic peaks over time could provide a reference for inferring the time of ink application.This method is a powerful tool for identifying stamp inks in practical work,with simple sample preparation,fast analysis speed,and high detection sensitivity.
