考虑改进鲸鱼算法单交叉口信号控制优化

Optimization of signal control at single intersection considering improved whale algorithm

摘要 为提升道路交通信号配时的有效性,提高道路通行效率,构建基于改进鲸鱼算法的多目标信号优化模型。首先,选取平均延误、平均停车次数、最大通行能力为优化目标,提出主客观权重相结合的方法确定权重,然后构建多目标方程。其次,利用对收敛因子非线性优化,引入池化机制,黄金分割系数改进搜索策略并加入一种新的利用群居动物捕食特性启发的跟随搜索策略对鲸鱼算法进行改进。最后,对算法进行收敛性分析并用于交通信号模型求解。结果表明:与其他算法相比,改进后算法具有较快的收敛速度和较优的寻优精度;在求解交通信号配时问题中,能够有效降低车辆平均延误、平均停车次数和提高道路通行能力,为交通信号配时提供新的解决方案。 To enhance the effectiveness of road traffic signal timing and improve the efficiency of road access,a multi-objective signal optimization model based on the improved whale algorithm is constructed.Firstly,the optimization objectives are set as average delay,average number of stops and maximum capacity.Subsequently,propose a combination of subjective and objective weights to determine the weights and then construct a multi-objective equation.Secondly,the whale algorithm is enhanced through the incorporation of nonlinear optimization of the convergence factor,the introduction of a pooling mechanism,and the incorporation of a golden section coefficient to refine the search strategy.Additionally,a novel following search strategy is devised,drawing inspiration from the predatory characteristics observed in animals.Subsequently,the algorithm is analyzed for convergence and employed to resolve the traffic signal model.The findings show that,in comparison to alternative algorithms,the enhanced algorithm shows a more rapid convergence rate and superior search precision.In addressing the issue of traffic signal timing,it is capable of effectively reducing the average delay of vehicles,the average number of stopping times and enhancing road capacity,thereby offering a novel solution for traffic signal timing.
