摘要
通过聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)赋予泡沫混凝土三维疏水功能,并引入粉煤灰、矿渣粉等辅助性胶凝材料以降低疏水泡沫混凝土的成本.结果表明:当PDMS、矿渣粉、粉煤灰掺量分别为水泥质量的1.5%、10%、35%时,泡沫混凝土的表面接触角达到132.8°,吸水率降低66.1%,28 d抗压强度达到1.38 MPa.其原因在于PDMS赋予泡沫混凝土整体疏水性;矿渣粉可提高浆体的触变性,进而提高泡沫的稳定性,改善力学性能.此外,粉煤灰及矿渣粉的引入,使得疏水泡沫混凝土的材料成本较市售泡沫混凝土降低18.2%.
The three‑dimensional hydrophobic function of foam concrete was realized by adding polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS),and supplementary cementitious materials such as fly ash and slag powder were introduced to reduce the cost.The results show that when the dosage of PDMS,slag powder,and fly ash in foam concrete are 1.5%,10%,and 35%respectively,the surface contact angle reaches 132.8°,the water absorption rate decreases by 66.1%and the 28 d compressive strength reaches 1.38 MPa.The reason is that PDMS forms a low surface energy film on the surface of hydration products,thus giving the foam concrete overall hydrophobicity.The slag powder can enhance the thixotropy of the slurry,thereby the stability of the foam and the mechanical properties are improved.In addition,the introduction of fly ash and slag powder reduces the material cost of hydrophobic foam concrete by 18.2%compared with that of commercial foam concrete.
