含铜废料的来源、组分特征与再利用分析

摘要 当前,我国铜资源保障形势严峻,含铜废料再利用有助于提高铜资源保障能力。文章综合阐述了含铜废料来源的主要来源,分为铜冶炼产业链废弃物、废水处理污泥、废弃电子电器拆解废料和铜及铜合金废料。同时,针对废电路板、废树脂粉、含铜污泥、铜冶炼烟灰、黑铜泥、分银渣及渣选矿共7种含铜废料组分特征,分析了再利用途径与前景,提出铜精矿大比例协同熔炼处理多种含铜废料是未来含铜废料再利用的发展方向之一。 Currently,China faces a severe situation in copper resource security,where the recycling of copper-containing waste contributes to enhancing copper resource assurance capabilities.This article comprehensively discusses the primary sources of copper-containing wastes,which can be categorized into:waste materials from the copper smelting industry chain,sludge from waste water treatment,waste from disassembly of electrical and electronic equipment,and scrap copper and copper alloys.Through systematic analysis of the components characteristics of 7 kinds of copper-containing waste including waste circuit board,waste tree fat powder,copper-containing sludge,copper smelting soot,black copper mud,silver slag and slag dressing,this study examines their reuse approaches and development prospects.It proposes that large-scale co-smelting of copper concentrates with multiple copper-containing wastes represents one of the key directions for future recycling of such materials.
