摘要
水轮机在运行过程中,负载的突然变化会导致水轮机的动态响应状态发生随机变化。转矩参数是描述水轮机动力状态的核心参数,但由于水轮机转矩特性具有较高的非线性复杂度,辨识难度极高,导致水轮机状态无法精准评估。为此,提出考虑运行负载扰动的水轮机状态数字孪生评估方法。通过最小二乘参数辨识法,分析水轮机在负载扰动工况下转矩的输入输出关系,将初始非线性水轮机行为特征转矩转换为线性行为转矩。将负载扰动工况下转矩参数作为水轮机数字孪生虚拟架构初始输入项,完成水轮机状态量映射,在数字孪生环境下实现水轮机状态的精准评估。实验结果表明,100MW~120MW与120MW~200MW区间负荷内,研究方法的转矩曲线与实测曲线均具有高度一致性,不同负载扰动类型下,水轮机状态评估误差始终小于0.5%。
During the operation of a turbine,sudden changes in load can cause random variations in the dynamic response state of the turbine.The torque parameter is the core parameter describing the dynamic state of the hydraulic turbine,but due to the high nonlinear complexity of the hydraulic turbine torque characteristics,it is extremely difficult to recognize,which makes it impossible to accurately assess the hydraulic turbine state.Therefore,a digital twin method is proposed to evaluate the hydraulic turbine state considering the operational load disturbance.Through the least squares parameter identification method,the input-output relationship of the hydraulic turbine torque under load-disturbance conditions is analyzed,and the initial nonlinear hydraulic turbine behavioral characteristic torque is converted to linear behavioral torque.The initial nonlinear hydraulic turbine behavioral torque is converted into linear behavioral torque,and the torque parameter under load-disturbing condition is used as the initial input term of the hydraulic turbine digital twin virtual architecture to complete the mapping of hydraulic turbine state quantities,so as to realize the accurate assessment of hydraulic turbine state in the digital twin environment.The experimental results show that the torque curves of the research method are highly consistent with the measured curves in the load ranges of 100MW~120MW and 120MW~200MW,and the error of turbine state assessment is always less than 0.5%under different types of load disturbances.
