车用油水分离器全自动排水技术

摘要 当前柴油车油水分离器的排水技术进步缓慢,不符合自动化和人性化的发展趋势,且排水过程中会带来诸多问题,对用户、车辆和环境都产生了不好的影响。为改变这一现状,促进滤清器行业的不断发展,本文将通过梳理排水技术的发展过程,来解析当前排水技术的不足之处,并说明排水技术升级的必要性,提出全自动排水的概念和相关技术要点,以及总结全自动排水带来的效果。 At present,the drainage technology of diesel vehicle F/W separators has made slow progress,which is not in line with the development trend of automation and humanization,and the drainage process will bring many problems,which have a negative impact on users,vehicles,and the environment.To change this situation and promote the continuous development of the filter industry,this article will analyze the shortcomings of current drainage technology by reviewing the development process of drainage technology,explain the necessity of upgrading drainage technology,propose the concept of fullautomatic drainage and related technical points,and summarize the effects brought by fullautomatic drainage.
