摘要
详细论述了污染源识别方法、企业优先控制污染物的选取、污染物监测与分析,风险评估方法等。通过对比与分析,建立从识别污染源,选取企业优控污染物,企业场地风险评估分级到分级治理措施的在产企业地下水污染防控体系,旨在为在产企业提供科学的地下水污染环境管理体系与防控措施,促进产业持续健康发展,提高环境质量和保护公众健康。
This paper expounds the identification methods for pollution sources,the selection of priority control pollutants in enterprises,pollutant monitoring and analysis,risk assessment methods,and so on.Through comparison and analysis,the groundwater pollution prevention-control system for the enterprises in operation is established from identifying pollution sources,selecting optimal control pollutants for the enterprise,evaluating risk classification for enterprise site to establishing hierarchical treatment measures.The aim is to provide scientific groundwater pollution environmental management system and prevention-control measures for the enterprises in operation,promote the sustained and healthy development of the petrochemical industry,improve environmental quality and protect public health.
