哺乳动物输卵管参与繁殖调控的研究进展

摘要 哺乳动物的繁殖过程伴随着生殖系统复杂的生物学变化,输卵管作为生命活动的起始部位,为哺乳动物繁殖过程提供了严格的受精和早期胚胎发育的环境。在自然受孕和着床前胚胎的发育过程中输卵管扮演了至关重要的角色,一方面是卵母细胞接收与运输、精子获能、受精卵形成和早期胚胎发育的重要场所,另一方面因其具备分泌功能,为受精卵和早期胚胎提供营养,以确保早期生殖活动的成功。因此,该文综述了哺乳动物输卵管协同精子和卵子发挥功能,及其介导早期胚胎发育的生物学作用,为母体调控配子和胚胎发育以及提升母畜的繁殖性能提供研究方向。 Mammals'reproductive are followed by intricate biochemical changes in the reproductive system.The oviduct,where life activities begin,offers a rigorous environment for fertilization and early embryogenesis.Both natural conception and the growth of the embryo prior to implantation depend heavily on the oviduct.It is crucial for the reception and transportation of oocytes,sperm capacitation,the formation of fertilized eggs,and the early stages of embryonic development.On the other hand,due to its secretory function,it can supply nutrients to fertilized eggs and early embryos,ensuring the success of early reproductive activities.Therefore,this paper reviews the functions of the mammalian oviduct in co-operating with sperm and egg,and its biological roles in mediating early embryonic development,which will provide research directions for the maternal regulation of gamete and embryo development as well as the enhancement of the reproductive performance of female animals.
