摘要
冷源系统的高效管理和控制是大型数据中心(建筑面积大于10000平方米)DCIM系统(Data Center Infrastructure Management,数据中心基础设施管理)的重点和难点。本文结合近期投产的某A级大型数据中心项目,主要从工艺要求、控制系统构架以及控制方式及策略等方面,对能源站冷源自控系统的设计与应用进行了重点分析,发现冷源系统的自动控制流程及自控系统合理架构是冷源系统的高效管理和控制关键。同时,采用科学合理的控制方式和控制策略,可以最大限度地实现系统可靠、安全、节能、全自动运行。
Through sorting out the DCIM system(Data Center Infrastructure management)of large Data Center(building area more than 10,000 square meters),it can be found that the efficient management and control of the cold source system is the key and difficult point of the DCIM system.In this paper,the design and application of the cooling source control system of energy station are analyzed from the aspects of process requirements,control system configuration,control mode and strategy,etc.The automation control flow and reasonable configuration of the automation control system are the key to the efficient management and control of the cold source system.At the same time,scientific and reasonable control mode and control strategy are adopted to maximize the system's reliable,safe,energy-saving and automatic operation.
