摘要
“十四五”时期,我国在档案文献遗产保护方面成果丰硕,包括多项遗产入选联合国教科文组织《世界记忆亚太地区名录》,各省市积极开展档案文献遗产名录申报与管理工作,数字化技术在保护与利用中的应用不断拓展。然而,当前工作仍面临诸多挑战,如地区发展不平衡、协同发展机制缺失、数字化基础资源建设不足等,在一定程度上制约了档案文献遗产保护工作的进一步发展。未来,应强化档案文献遗产工程申报全过程管理,推动区域协调发展,加强数字化基础设施建设,提升数智技术融合水平,丰富档案文献遗产资源,以实现档案文献遗产保护工作的高质量发展,为传承中华优秀传统文化、建设社会主义文化强国贡献力量。
During the"14th Five-Year Plan"pe-riod,China has achieved remarkable results in the protection of archival documentary heritage,including the inclusion of multiple heritage items in the UNESCO Memory of the World Asia-Pacif-ic Regional Register,active efforts by provinces and cities in the application and management of archival documentary heritage lists,and the ex-panding application of digital technologies in pro-tection and utilization.However,the current work still faces numerous challenges,such as re-gional development imbalances,the lack of col-laborative development mechanisms,and insuffi-cient construction of digital infrastructure,which to some extent hinder the further development of archival documentary heritage protection.In the future,it is essential to strengthen the whole-process management of archival docu-mentary heritage project applications,promote regional coordinated development,enhance the construction of digital infrastructure,improve the integration of digital and intelligent technologies,and enrich archival documentary heritage resourc-es.These efforts aim to achieve high-quality de-velopment in archival documentary heritage pro-tection,contributing to the inheritance of excel-lent traditional Chinese culture and the develop-ment of a flourishing socialist culture in China.
