汽轮机叶片点云截面线提取方法研究

Research on the method of extracting section lines from point clouds of steam turbine blades

摘要 为了精确测量叶片几何轮廓参数,提出了一种汽轮机叶片点云截面线提取方法.该方法通过自动调整点云切片厚度,然后使用递归加权局部最小二乘法细化截面点云的点集,再对该点集进行排序和使用非均匀有理B样条曲线进行拟合,以准确获得叶片截面轮廓.实验结果表明:与标准叶片模型弦长和前后缘半径参数相比,其相对误差<12%.该方法在一定程度上能够改善点云质量不佳引起的参数计算精度问题,可为高精度的叶片制造提供参考. In order to accurately measure the geometric contour parameters of steam turbine blades,it was proposed a point cloud section line extraction method for steam turbine blades.The method involved automatically adjusting the thickness of the point cloud slice,then refining the section point cloud set by using Recursive Weighted Locally Linear Squares(RWLLS),sorting the point set,and fitting it with a Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline(NURBS)curve to precisely obtain the blade′s sectional contour.Experimental results indicated that,compared to the standard blade model′s chord length and leading/trailing edge radius parameters,the relative error was less than 12%.This method improved the accuracy of parameter calculations affected by poor point cloud quality to a certain extent,provided a reference for high-precision blade manufacturing.
