教育共富背景下浙江省山区26县学校空间可达性研究

摘要 交通可达性是评估区域教育资源配置的公平性、衡量区域教育共富水平的指标之一,尤其是后发地区.运用ArcGIS软件,结合ESDA方法对浙江省山区26县学校空间可达性格局进行了分析.结果表明:1)学校的空间可达性整体情况较好,总体呈现以县级中心城区为核心、沿交通干线向外扩散的距离衰减规律;2)随着学段的提升,其可达性逐渐变差,并且学校可达性水平相近的县呈现一定的集聚态势;3)将影响学校空间可达性的因素归结为学校分布与交通基础设施2个直接影响因素,以及学龄人口规模、教育经费投入2个间接影响因素.本研究不仅有助于明晰基于交通可达性视角的浙江省山区26县教育资源分布的公平性,而且为该类地区教育共富的建设与发展提供一定的参考. Transportation accessibility was considered as one of the key indicators for assessing the equity of regional educational resources allocation and measuring the level of shared prosperity in education,especially in the underdeveloped areas.The spatial accessibility patterns of schools in 26 mountainous counties of Zhejiang Province were analyzed by utilizing ArcGIS software combined with the ESDA method.The results indicated that the spatial accessibility of schools was generally well,followed a distance decay rule from county-level central urban areas outward along major transportation lines.However,with the progress of educational stage,its accessibility gradually deteriorated.Meanwhile,counties with similar school accessibility levels tended to cluster together.The factors affected the spatial accessibility of schools were summarized as two direct factors of school distribution and transportation infrastructure,and two indirect factors of school-age population size and education fund investment.The relevant findings would not only shed light on the equity of educational resource distribution in 26 mountainous counties of Zhejiang Province from the perspective of transportation accessibility,but also offer valuable insights for the construction and development of shared prosperity in education.
