摘要
高质量发展是卫生健康事业的核心,数智技术在此扮演关键角色。数智赋能医共体发展,可从三方面剖析:微观上,数智技术构建统一信息化平台,提升医疗服务智能化,提高服务效率与质量,为患者带来便捷体验;中观上,数智技术促进“三医”深度融合,精准配置资源,提升医共体整体效能与竞争力;宏观上,数智技术提升卫生服务效率与质量,保障服务可及性与公平性,为公共卫生事件应对提供支持。然而,医共体数智化建设面临挑战,需坚持政府主导,制定明确目标与规划;推行“一体化”数据标准,实现数据互联互通;优化内部管理,建立监督评估机制,确保数智化措施有效执行与持续改进,共同推动医共体高质量发展。
High-quality development is the core of health care,and digital intelligence plays a key role in it.The development of medical communities empowered by digital intelligence can be analyzed from three aspects:at the micro-level,digital intelligence technology builds a unified information platform,and enhances the intelligence of medical services,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of services,and bring a convenient experience to patients;at the meso-level,digital intelligence technology promotes the in-depth integration of health care,medical insurance and pharmaceutical reforms,and accurately allocates resources,so as to enhance the overall effectiveness and competitiveness of medical communities;at the macro-level,digital intelligence technology improves the efficiency and quality of health services,so as to ensure service accessibility and fairness,and provide support for the response to public health events.However,the development of digital intelligence in medical communities still faces challenges,and it is necessary to adhere to the government's leading role in setting clear goals and schemes,to implement integrated data standards to achieve data interoperability,and to optimize internal management and set up a monitoring and evaluation mechanism to ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of digital intelligence,and thus jointly promoting the highquality development of medical communities.
