深圳市城市轨道交通线网规模分析与评估 被引量:2

摘要 随着人口和经济增速放缓,城市轨道交通从大规模建设转变为存量优化,合理的线网规模是城市轨道交通可持续发展的关键,因而需对线网规模的实施和规划进行分析和评估,以明确规模过剩或不足。以深圳市2016版城市轨道交通线网规划提出的线网规模为例,从城市规划、交通需求、客流效益、经济支撑和线网密度等方面展开研究,认为既有规划的远期轨道交通线网规模满足城市空间拓展和居民出行需求;随着轨道交通线网规模增加,客流边际效益将逐渐递减,而地方财政能够支撑的线网规模有限。为此,从维持总体线网规模、局部优化外围片区线网结构、提前谋划运营组织以提高网络运输效率等多个方面提出规划建议。 With slowing population and economic growth,urban rail transit has shifted from large-scale construction to optimizing existing networks.A reasonable network scale is crucial for the sustainable development of urban rail transit.It is essential to analyze and evaluate the planned network scale to determine whether it is excessive or insufficient.Taking Shenzhen's 2016 plan network of urban rail transit as an example,urban planning,transportation demand,passenger flow,economic sustainability,and international benchmarks are evaluated.Findings indicate that the planned scale meets urban expansion and travel needs,but marginal passenger benefits decline as the network grows,and local fiscal capacity is limited.Hence,the planning suggestions are put forward from the aspects of maintaining the overall network scale,optimizing the structure of the peripheral network locally,and planning the operation organization in advance to improve the efficiency of network transportation.
