摘要
目的:了解功能性踝关节不稳相关研究的现状、热点及未来研究趋势。方法:在知网和Web of Science核心数据库检索并导出功能性踝关节不稳相关文献,检索时间从2000年1月1日~2023年11月30日,应用CiteSpace软件进行数据处理,并对中、英文文献分别进行统计分析。结果:①共纳入264篇中文文献,830篇英文文献。国内外对于功能性踝关节不稳的相关研究均呈现波动上升趋势,美国发文量最多且中心性也较高。②中文文献发文最多的作者是张秋霞,发文最多的机构是苏州大学。③英文文献发文最多的作者是Hertel,Jay,发文最多的机构是美国北卡罗来纳大学。④在中文文献中,“功能性踝关节不稳、慢性踝关节不稳、平衡、本体感觉、踝关节不稳”是出现频次靠前的关键词;在英文文献中,“踝扭伤、功能性踝关节不稳、损伤、关节、个体”是排名靠前的关键词。⑤详细分析数据后发现中文文献更关注康复治疗研究,解决当下需求;英文文献更注重发生机制的研究,以期预防踝关节不稳的发生。结论:国内外针对功能性踝关节不稳的研究均呈波动上升趋势,美国在该领域的研究占主导地位且成果影响力较大。同时,中文文献侧重于康复治疗研究,英文文献更关注发生机制研究。但功能性踝关节不稳的发生机制尚未完全阐明,康复治疗手段也未有巨大突破,功能性踝关节不稳的研究任重道远。
Objective:To know the current status,hot spots,and future research trends related to functional ankle instability.Methods:Retrieve and export literature related to functional ankle instability from CNKI and Web of Science Core Collection database.The search was conducted from January 1,2000 to November 30,2023,CiteSpace software was used for data processing.Results:(1)A total of 264 Chinese papers and 830 English papers were included.Research on functional ankle instability both domestically and internationally has shown a fluctuating upward trend,the USA has the highest number of publications and a high degree of centrality.(2)The author with the most publications in Chinese literature is Zhang Qiuxia,and the institution with the most publications is Suzhou University.(3)The author with the most publications in English literature is Hertel,Jay,and the institution with the most publications is the University of North Carolina in the United States.(4)In Chinese literature,"functional ankle instability,chronic ankle instability,balance,proprioception,and ankle instability"are the keywords that appear more frequently.In English literature,"ankle sprain,functional ankle instability,injury,joint,individual"are the top ranked keywords.(5)After a detailed analysis of the data,it was found that Chinese literature focuses more on rehabilitation research to address current needs.English literature places more emphasis on the study of the underlying mechanisms in order to prevent the occurrence of ankle instability.Conclusion:The research on functional ankle instability at home and abroad has shown a fluctuating upward trend.The research in this field in the United States is dominant and the results have great influence.At the same time,Chinese literature focuses on rehabilitation therapy research,and English literature pays more attention to the mechanism of occurrence.However,the mechanism of functional ankle instability has not been fully elucidated,and there has been no great breakthrough in rehabilitation treatment.Therefore,the study of functional ankle instability has a long way to go.
