摘要
目的分析核转录因子κB p65(NF-κB p65)、骨桥蛋白(OPN)在子宫内膜癌(EC)组织中的表达及其意义。方法选取67例EC患者,术中采集其癌组织标本及癌旁正常组织标本,检测对比不同组织内NF-κB p65、OPN的表达情况,并分析NF-κB p65、OPN与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果癌组织中NF-κB p65阳性表达率为68.66%(46/67)、OPN阳性表达率为62.69%(42/67),高于癌旁正常组织的22.39%(15/67)、29.85%(20/67)(P<0.05);NF-κB p65、OPN表达与EC临床分期、分化程度、肌层浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论NF-κB p65、OPN在EC组织内呈异常高表达,两者参与疾病的发生发展过程。
Objective To analyze the expression and significance of nuclear transcription factor kappa B p65(NF-κB p65)and osteopontin(OPN)in endometrial cancer(EC)tissues.Methods 67 patients with EC were selected,and their cancer tissue specimens and normal tissue specimens adjacent to the cancer were collected during surgery.The expression of NF-κB p65 and OPN in different tissues was detected and compared,and the relationship between NF-κB p65,OPN and the clinicopathological characteristics of the patients was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of NF-κB p65 and OPN in cancer tissues were 68.66%(46/67)and 62.69%(42/67),respectively,which were higher than those in normal adjacent tissues 22.39%(15/67)and 29.85%(20/67),respectively(P<0.05);The expression of NF-κB p65 and OPN is associated with clinical stage,differentiation degree,depth of muscle infiltration,and lymph node metastasis in EC patients(P<0.05).Conclusion NF-κB p65 and OPN are abnormally overexpressed in EC tissues,and both are involved in the occurrence and development of diseases.
