摘要
为解决煤炭输送皮带机金属分离检测的效率较低,进而导致分离检测频次下降的问题,提出基于改进U-Net模型的煤炭输送皮带机金属分离检测方法。根据当前的检测需求,先进行覆盖检测节点部署,采用多层级的方式,强化检测的效率,预设多层级分离检测标准。在此基础之上,构建改进U-Net煤炭输送皮带机金属分离检测模型,采用持续测定对比的方式来实现分离检测。测试结果表明:对比于炼烟尘金属分离处理方法、聚合物包覆膜在金属分离中的应用方法,所提出的改进U-Net模型煤炭输送皮带机金属分离检测方法最终得出的分离检测频次高,说明在改进U-Net模型的辅助下,检测模式更加灵活、高效,整体的针对性也较强,具有实际的应用价值。
The current metal separation detection standard of coal conveying belt machine is mostly basic conditions,the efficiency of detection is low,which in turn leads to the decrease of separation detection frequency,in order to solve this problem,the metal separation detection method of coal conveying belt machine based on improved U-Net model is proposed.According to the current detection needs,the deployment of coverage detection nodes is carried out first,and a multi-level approach is adopted to strengthen the efficiency of detection and preset multi-level separation detection standards.On this basis,the improved U-Net coal conveying belt machine metal separation detection model is constructed,and the separation detection is achieved by means of continuous measurement and comparison.The test results show that compared with the metal separation processing method of refinery soot and the application method of polymer-coated film in metal separation,the proposed improved U-Net model metal separation detection method of coal conveyor belt conveyor ultimately yields a high frequency of separation detection,which indicates that with the assistance of the improved U-Net model,the detection mode is more flexible and efficient,and the overall relevance is stronger,which is of practical application value.
