摘要
随着制造业对高精度产品的需求日益增长,多轴联动数控双面铣床的加工精度成为关键。提出了一种新的多轴联动数控双面铣床机械加工误差控制方法,通过监测铣刀的转速、铣削力和振动等参数,提取铣刀加工状态特征。利用最小二乘法构建了机械加工误差模型,并通过PLC技术智能调整铣床的零点位置,进行误差补偿。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效控制加工误差,满足精度要求,显著提升加工效率和产品质量。
With the increasing demand for high-precision products in the manufacturing industry,the machining accuracy of multi-axis linkage CNC double-sided milling machine has become the key.A new machining error control method for multi-axis linkage CNC double-sided milling machine is proposed,which extracts the machining state characteristics of the milling cutter by monitoring the rotational speed of the milling cutter,the milling force and vibration and other parameters.The machining error model is constructed by the least squares method,and the zero position of the milling machine is intelligently adjusted by PLC technology to compensate the error.The experimental results show that this method can effectively control the machining error,meet the accuracy requirements,and significantly improve the machining efficiency and product quality.
