煤矿提升机钢丝绳的安全评价研究 被引量:2

摘要 为提高煤矿提升机钢丝绳的安全性能,确保矿山安全生产,以多绳摩擦提升机为例,基于层次分析法构建其安全评价体系,并对影响钢丝绳安全性能的关键因素进行分析。分析发现钢丝绳主要失效模式为断裂、腐蚀和磨损变形,通过计算得出煤峪口矿提升钢丝绳综合评价得分为86.355分,运行状态良好。将上述结果应用于实际生产中,可通过建立完善评价体系,对高风险因素进行分析和监测,保障煤矿提升机安全稳定运行,避免因钢丝绳故障引发煤矿安全事故。 In order to improve the safety performance of wire ropes of coal mine hoist and ensure the safe production of mines,we take multi-rope friction hoist as an example,construct its safety evaluation system based on hierarchical analysis method,and analyse the key factors affecting the safety performance of wire ropes.The analysis found that the main failure modes of the wire rope are fracture,corrosion and wear deformation,and the comprehensive evaluation score of the hoisting wire rope in Coal Valley Mining is 86.355 points by calculation,which is in good operating condition.Applying the above results to actual production,the high-risk factors can be analysed and monitored through the establishment of a perfect evaluation system to ensure the safe and stable operation of coal mine hoisting machines,and to avoid coal mine safety accidents caused by wire rope failures.
